A guest house of approximately 70 m² comprising: a separate studio bedroom, a family bedroom with a double bed and a children's bedroom with 2 single beds sharing a shower room + bathroom. (A ‘nanny’ studio with shower room and kitchenette that can accommodate 1 person)
The property benefits from an exceptional landscaped park : a vast park with lawns, trees and flowers surrounds the villa. A shaded path leads to the beach in just a few steps, while a boules court invites you to enjoy convivial moments with family or friends.
